LOTS of Weekend Stuff....

On my trip to Crate and Barrel Friday, I found this stuff too! The ultra sleek toasting flutes I'd been hunting, and some perfect, orange card holders for the explaining each of the desserts!

Then, in Target yesterday they had the brown peep-toe pumps I'd been eying online on sale! Yay! They also had some fun greenery that's exactly what goes in my bouquet! Only $2.99 for each bunch! :-) The second picture is what my bouquet will look like :-)







I took some fun pictures of my ring in one of the flutes last night too!



AND FINALLY.....

The BCBG Dress from Ebay arrived on Saturday!!! I really, really like it!!!! Jeremy wasn't a huge fan, because he doesn't care too much for sequins. I will continue to look at dresses for the reception, but this is a solid option! :-)

Ring Pictures

I picked up my wedding ring (the eternity ring) on Friday!! It's perfect!! :-)

I decided I wanted to play with my SLR film camera yesterday... the battery was dead :-( So while Jeremy ran to CVS to get some new batteries, I took these with my digital... they are ok, but I can't wait to get my film developed! I'll post those when I get them!

Rings

We got a call yesterday that our wedding rings were in! YAY! So, last night we went to pick them up. The girl showed us them, the looked right, I paid and we left.

I got home, and wanted to try it on with my engagement ring. I put it on. It doesn't look right. :-(

It seems way too skinny and delicate.

We are going back on Sunday to either find out if it's the wrong ring, or exchange it for something else.

I was sooo excited, but now, I'm a little bummed.

We bought our wedding bands!

We made a trip down to Diamonds Direct in South Park Charlotte. (This is where my engagement ring came from) We went because they have a sale a few times a year when everything is 20% off.

We had decided right after we had got engaged that we would use my moms wedding ring instead of buying a new one. We went on Friday night to see if they could make it into a square shank (like my e-ring, a. jaffe) The lovely sales girl, Kristina gave me her honest advice and was so helpful. She immideatly took both my e-ring and my moms ring to be cleaned, and she resized my moms ring right there! She brought them back to us, and I knew that it didn't need to match my e-ring, it looked perfect just the way it was! So, we took her advice, and didn't remake the ring.....

Well, we had talked about having diamonds put into my moms ring, and buying another eternity band to flank both sides of my e-ring. Well after we got my moms ring back, and I didn't want to change it, I still wanted to look at eternity rings.... WE LOVED the way it looked with my e-ring and my moms ring! So I will have my e-ring, my moms ring, and an eternity ring to wear all together! :-)

We also found Jeremys wedding ring! It's a simple brushed finished ring. Perfect and simple.
