I have version 2007, so these di...I used MS Word. <br /><br />I have version 2007, so these directions might be a little off if you don't have that version.....<br /><br />Go to MS Word, and click "mailings" at the top, then over on the left side you'll see "Start Mail Merge" click that, then a drop down menu will appear, click envelopes. Then you can click on to your "piece of paper" and boxes will appear where your return address goes and your delivery address goes. I opted to stamp our return address on the back flap, so I did not use the return address block. Now you can format your addresses however you want. I wanted them centered on the envelope and center justified font. You can click the box boarder and move it around too.
